ADULT BOOT CAMP:
Mon/Wed: 5:30-6:30 a.m.
Tues/Thurs: 6:00-7:00 a.m.
Cost: $65/month (with 3 month commitment)
Total body high intensity workout with strength training, speed and agility, core strength and a never ending mix of challenging moves that will keep you from hitting a fitness plateau or getting stagnant in your progress!
Weekly and monthly testing will ensure each participant is progressing and reaching their goals!
