Cost: $60-$70/hour session
3 session package: $210 ($70/session)
6 session package: $390 ($65/session)
12 session package: $720 ($60/session)
Details:

Receive one on one training and or coaching focused on meeting your individual needs and goals. Movement assessment testing is utilized to identify compensation patterns and weaknesses. Then a progressive, results oriented dynamic training plan is created to ensure goals are being reached and plateaus and progress continue.
A full commitment to following a nutrition and training plan and consistently working at a 100% effort is required of each client.
