Receive a PERSONALIZED, detailed daily training plan to get you ready for your upcoming races and events. Training is based on heart rate zones, run paces and swimming paces (and power/wattage if you have the equipment)
No more guessing if your training is effectively preparing you to successfully complete your races and events and reach your goals!
*Weekly email/phone consultation is included in this training to ensure your training plan is meeting your individual needs and effectively preparing you for your upcoming races.
Swim Training Classes:
(all swim classes are held at the American Fork Fitness Center)
Days and Times:
Monday: 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Thursday: 7-8 p.m.
Saturday: 7-8 a.m.
Bike Training Classes:
(Indoor cycling from: October-April)
Days and Times:
Thursday: 6-7 p.m. (this class is held immediately before the 7-8 p.m. swim class)
