Mon/Wed: 7:30-8:30 a.m.
Tues/Thurs: 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Cost: $120/month (with 3 month commitment)
Class Description:
Women’s only class that targets and improves total body strength and fitness as well as weekly accountability in the form of nutrition, progress tracking and continual motivation. Daily nutrition journal is required as well as a full commitment to following class protocols for continual progress.
Class size is limited to 10 participants per session to ensure individual attention and success!
