Youth Boot Camp

Tues/Thurs: 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Cost: $75/month (with 3 month commitment)

Class Description:
Youth oriented strength and conditioning class that targets and improves speed and agility, stability, mobility, athleticism, discipline and confidence in youth ages 8-14 years of age. Age appropriate movement and strength training is utilized to improve each participant’s individual athleticism and abilities. Weekly and monthly testing will ensure each athlete is progressing and reaching their goals!

This is the perfect class to set your young athlete up for success in any sport or discipline!
