Winter Training Camp

Dates:

Jan 27TH and 28TH 2012

St. George, Utah

Class Description:

Camp will begin early Friday morning with a SWIM. We will then BIKE and RUN on the IMSG course. Friday evening we will enjoy a seminar learning more about nutrition, training and racing strategies as well as spend time with a Q&A session. Saturday morning will begin with a SWIM (indoors). Then athletes will BIKE parts of the IMSG course (distance/time will vary according to each athlete’s races and goals).

ADULT BOOT CAMP

Days and Times:

Mon/Wed: 7:30-8:30 a.m.
Tues/Thurs: 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Cost:

$120/month (with 3 month commitment)

Class Description:

Women’s only class that targets and improves total body strength and fitness as well as weekly accountability in the form of nutrition, progress tracking and continual motivation. Daily nutrition journal is required as well as a full commitment to following class protocols for continual progress.
Class size is limited to 10 participants per session to ensure individual attention and success!

TRIATHLON TRAINING:

Details:

Receive a PERSONALIZED, detailed daily training plan to get you ready for your upcoming races and events. Training is based on heart rate zones, run paces and swimming paces (and power/wattage if you have the equipment)
No more guessing if your training is effectively preparing you to successfully complete your races and events and reach your goals!
*Weekly email/phone consultation is included in this training to ensure your training plan is meeting your individual needs and effectively preparing you for your upcoming races.

 


Swim Training Classes:

Location:

All swim classes are held at the American Fork Fitness Center

Days and Times:

Monday: 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Thursday: 7-8 p.m.
Saturday: 7-8 a.m.

 


Bike Training Classes:

(Indoor cycling from: October-April)

Days and Times:

Thursday: 6-7 p.m.(this class is held immediately before the 7-8 p.m. swim class)
